Transforming Employer Branding for a Leading Technology Company
In this case study, I present my work with a leading creative agency, consultancy, and technology company in the IT and software industry. As part of their employer branding efforts, my scope of work included conceiving and researching compelling topics for targeted communication aimed at both current and potential employees.
Additionally, I faced the challenge of effectively communicating the company's rebranding to employees, providing transformation communication support to help them embrace the changes. Alongside this, I managed PR relations, focusing on impactful press releases.
