Authors' project by Joanna Rubin and Jane Knap, in which we discuss the challenges of the modern world. The context includes topics such as technological transformation, its impact on consumer behavior, and society. In an interdisciplinary group, we engage with representatives from business, science, culture, and media, discussing subjects like the GIG Economy, the future of the job market, the influence of automation, and changing work models during technological transformation, further compounded by the consequences of the Covid-19 epidemic.

Based on these discussions, we collaboratively create the article "Will Having a Job Become a Luxury?", which was published in Harvard Business Review Polska (HBRP) in collaboration with trend researcher Zuzanna Skalska, investors, and management teams, including those in the technology industry. Our focus lies on automation, robotization, and AI.
