Employee Engagement and Internal Communication through Videopodcasts

The Client, a renowned brewery group, sought to enhance employee engagement and internal communication through a pilot series of video podcasts. The mini-series was designed to target both current and potential employees, serving as valuable materials for Employer Branding (EB) and Human Resources (HR) purposes.

Challenges Faced

In this project, my challenges revolved around the conceptualization, thorough research, and relevant topic selection for the pilot video podcast series. Crafting a compelling and engaging concept that resonates with both current and potential employees of the Leading Brewery Group was a key priority. Extensive research was conducted to identify topics that encompassed the essence of good living, happiness, and meaningful connections. The goal was to create an authentic and enjoyable series that fosters a sense of camaraderie and enriches the employee experience within the organization.

The video podcasts were designed to be recorded in a relaxed setting, specifically a bar owned by the brewery group, to promote a casual and intimate environment. Each episode focused on a leading theme or topic around which the conversation revolved. The episodes featured invited guests who added diverse perspectives and experiences to the discussions.

Results
