My Insights as Community Manager

Each employee has their own employment history and comes from different backgrounds. Most of us have certain habits that are difficult to change. In such cases, it is important to have open conversations and feel comfortable expressing what we truly think – I said. Conversation in the Polish language.

In my role as the Community Manager, I had the opportunity to oversee key areas of internal communication and engagement. This involved organizing both internal events and workshops, as well as external workshops and meetups. By facilitating these events, I aimed to foster a sense of community and collaboration among employees and external stakeholders.

One of my responsibilities was promoting internal and external events, working closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective communication and engagement. Through strategic marketing efforts, we aimed to create awareness and generate interest in these events, both within the company and among external participants.

I had the privilege of working alongside the recruitment team on various talent-attacking strategies. This involved developing effective communication channels to attract and engage potential candidates. By implementing targeted recruitment communication, I aimed to showcase the unique opportunities and culture at Netguru, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Throughout my experience, I developed and utilized a diverse range of skills. Effective recruitment communication was essential in conveying the company's values and opportunities to potential candidates. Event planning played a crucial role in organizing successful and engaging experiences for employees and external participants. Planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills allowed me to manage resources effectively and ensure the smooth execution of events. Negotiation skills were vital in collaborating with various stakeholders and securing necessary resources. Furthermore, strong leadership and people management skills were crucial in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

My experience in organizing internal events, promoting engagement, and collaborating with the recruitment team has provided me with valuable insights into the importance of effective internal communication and its impact on employee satisfaction and organizational success.

It has been a rewarding journey, and I look forward to continuing my contributions in the effective communication field!
