Carrie Santos on Addressing Pressing Issues

When asked about the most pressing needs of today, she does not hesitate to answer the need to provide systemic assistance to refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine.

Carrie Santos is the Chief Executive Officer of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global business network of 14,000+ leading entrepreneurs in 195 chapters and 58 countries.

In our latest interview Joanna Rubin for Puls Biznesu, Carrie Santos tells us:

🔵 what are the most fragile and pressuring issues of today;

🔵 what is the crucial competence for the leaders of today & tomorrow;

🔵 what are the challenges of the business, NGO and governments working on together

🔵 what would she change immediately if she could change anything just now?

Before joining EO, Carrie worked eight years at the American Red Cross. Before that, she worked for ten years in the U.S. Department of State on humanitarian issues, refugee assistance and human rights during the administration of presidents Bill Clinton, GW Bush and Barack Obama.

Carrie Santos thank you for your time and sharing your insights.
